My experience
I started my coaching career at British Airways in 2011. I worked with senior leaders to navigate their way around, through and over the myriad of issues that they faced in their day-to-day working lives.
Throughout my corporate career, I was regularly acclaimed not only for my contribution as an HR executive but as a business leader. I have the natural ability to build trust and credibility with others, and, because I know it can be lonely at the top, I naturally take on the role of confidante with leaders.
In my spare time, I am a Member of the Board of the Professional Women’s Network in London as Head of Mentoring.
I am Trained and Accredited by Ashridge Business School Internal Coach Programme and I operate under Ashridge’s “Code of Conduct for Coaches”
My particular areas of expertise include, but are not limited to the following:
- Career Coaching
- Outplacement Support
- First 90 Day Coaching
